We would like to deliver our wholehearted appreciation to all
who support and showed keen interest in WOOKSUNG. |

| Since founded in 1995, all members of WOOKSUNG
have been devoted ourselves “to develop creative ways of multimedia
communication and contribute in establishing the multimedia
communication society that will bring new culture of communication
for the human race. |

| As a result of such devotion, WOOKSUNG has introduced
teleconference systems, internet videophones and web videophones
based on accumulated technologies in the multimedia communication
field. |

| Now, WOOKSUNG is ready to leap to the next stage
based on these technologies and experiences for global market
penetration. |

| Today’s communication environment is rapidly changing
from existing PSTN for voice-only communication into multimedia
communication of voice, image and data communication via fast
growing broadband internet infrastructure. WOOKSUNG will continuously
